Blue Monday is often considered the saddest day of the year. Join us on this Blue Monday, also the 1st full moon of the year, for a powerful Yoga Nidra session, dedicated to overcoming obstacles and finding your inner strength as we move into 2022.

 

During this session, we will work with simple postures and the breath to move our minds and bodies to the best place to experience a powerful guided visualisation.  The visualisation will focus on building inner strength with our fire element, associated with the 3rd Chakra, responsible for inner power, strength and transformation – the perfect trio to activate and take into 2022!

Yoga Nidra means 'Yogic Sleep.’ The practice guides you to a unique and special place between being asleep and awake, and it's in this place where we can experience wonderous calm and healing.

full nidra practice

The full practice includes progressive relaxation of the body, grounding breathwork, and a magical guided visualisation centred on inner power, strength and transformation.
