Happier employees, increased productivity
Did you know that yoga reduces stress and increases space in the body and mind which leads to improved productivity and creativity?
release physical tension
Iron out the kinks in neck, back and shoulders and relieve the compression that builds up in the spine and lower back as we sit at our desks. Better posture, better mobility and generally feeling much freer in body and mind.
boost team morale
Connection with real people in real time. Whether joining an open class or company private classes, joining together for an hour of yoga lifts the spirits and provides a little human connection.
Take a break
Whether it's for an hour before work, a midday break or an evening wind-down, committing to at least one hour a week of dedicated 'you time' provides that much needed break to re-energise and re-set.
What our customers say
We love yoga with the Frog Project! We started classes for the whole Woflow team when quarantine started as a way to engage informally as a team and offer a health perk to everyone. It's been a great stress reliever and something that has been fun for everyone!
I didn't think yoga via Zoom would be as engaging as it is, but it is! Our team loves the convenience of practising at home, with no worries of rushing to a studio to make it on time. Our teachers Carrie and Andrea are the best! They're very friendly and welcoming so new joiners are happy to jump in and try out a class, and then get addicted!
Thanks for all your help over the last few months, the team really love attending classes and you've been a huge help for everyone during these unusually stressful times!
Will, Co-Founder, WOFLOW
TAILORED to MEET youR COMPANIES NEEDS
We don't promise enlightenment, the ability to do backflips or that you'll fit into a size 6 bikini on your next holiday (if anyone ever gets one of those again). However, we are super confident in the quality of the yoga we offer and the technology we use to deliver it to you. This is why we offer a free trial for you to test us out and see if we are for you. The only commitment you need to make in return is turn up to class. We can't wait to see you online!
What your people will need
What if I can't afford to pay for a class right now?
We do offer some cost free places for those who might not be in a position to pay. We don’t believe there should be any barrier to practice. Please get in touch for more details.
Will you be adding more classes in the future?
Yes! We are adding new classes and more teachers to our timetable all the time, so keep checking back in for updates, or join our socials or newsletter for updates straight to your inbox.
Do I need a separate booking if I'm practising with my housemate/spouse?
We're more than happy for you to join with a housemate, spouse or fur baby but if you're joining us as a group (more than 3 people) we ask that you contact us and purchase a group pass.
Do I need to have my mic and camera on?
No. All mics will be muted by the teacher during the practice to avoid disctraction, so feel free to laugh, chat, cry or play music during your practice. Before and after the class please feel free to turn on your mic to chat to the teacher and fellow students.
How early can I come to the class?
The Zoom room will be open 15 minutes before the start of every class. Please feel free to join us early to say hi, let us know how you're feeling today and about any issues, questions or requests!
What style of yoga are the classes?
Our classes are gentle and rejuvenating. They can be described as Hatha classes, but that means so many different things to so many different people. So join us without expectation. Through classical yoga asana, the classes will help you to build strength and balance in body and mind, while offering you the opportunity to release and let go of that which no longer serves you. You will cultivate stillness and ease by connecting to the body through the breath. All classes are open to all abilities and levels. We advise you to listen to your body and adopt the appropriate variations that feel right to you.
How do I join the class?
Once you've signed up to The Frog Project you'll be able to register for the classes you wish to attend. Once registered you'll receive a unique joining link by email. This will open up Zoom without needing to enter any IDs or passwords. If you lose your email or can't find it, no worries. You can also get into any class you're booked into via the schedule or the TeamUp Members app available on iOS or Android.
What platform are the classes hosted on?
All of our classes are live streamed on Zoom in secure and encrypted meetings. Each participant receives a unique link to enter (which shouldn't be shared) and will enter a waiting room upon arrival. Meeting links are not shared anywhere and so only our students can join. None of the classes are recorded.
Which countries can I join from?
Through the power of the internet you can join from any country. All of our payments are currently processed by Stripe who accept card payments from 135+ countries.
My internet connection isn't great, will I be able to join?
We stream all of our classes via Zoom who will alter the quality of the stream dependant on your internet connection. For example, if you have a good connection you will receive a HD quality image and great audio. If your internet isn't brilliant you will get a reduced quality image but it should still be good enough to participate fully. We recommend an internet connection of at least 1mb/s. You can check the speed of your connection here.
How do I book into a class?
For first time users you need to sign up to The Frog Project and create your account. We offer a 7 day free trial for new sign-ups, so that you can experience as many classes and teachers as you like.
