The first step is often the hardest. By signing up to this 5 day challenge you have taken a decisive step on your journey. To get in to your body and have an explore around. You can take pride from that.
By now, you will have received an email with the intro video*, followed shortly by the first practical video. You will then receive emails every morning with your next video.
So all you need to do is keep an eye on your email and give yourself just 10 minutes a day.
Now for the next step. Let's get going with an intro to yoga!

We don't promise enlightenment, the ability to do backflips or that you'll fit into a size 6 bikini on your next holiday (if anyone ever gets one of those again). However, we are super confident in the benefits of the yoga and the quality of our teaching! The only commitment you need to make in return is complete the 5 day challenge. We can't wait to see you online!
