our guarantee
We don't promise enlightenment, the ability to do backflips or that you'll fit into a size 6 bikini on your next holiday (if anyone ever gets one of those again). However, we are super confident in the quality of the yoga we offer and the technology we use to deliver it to you. This is why we offer a free trial for you to test us out and see if we are for you. The only commitment you need to make in return is turn up to class. We can't wait to see you online!
frequently asked questions
What if I can't afford to pay for a class right now?
We do offer some cost free places for those who might not be in a position to pay. We don’t believe there should be any barrier to practice. Please get in touch for more details.
Will you be adding more classes in the future?
Yes! We are adding new classes and more teachers to our timetable all the time, so keep checking back in for updates, or join our socials or newsletter for updates straight to your inbox.
Do you offer workshops?
Yes! We offer workshops for specific audiences (e.g. beginners, kids) or styles of class (e.g. Yin or Restorative classes). They are sporadic so keep checking back in for updates, or join our socials or newsletter for updates straight to your inbox.
Do you offer kids yoga?
Aside from kids yoga workshops (see previous question), we do not offer weekly kids yoga classes. However, your child is more than welcome to be present during your class and may even enjoy practising along side you. These classes are aimed at an adult audience but some children find that they are able to concetrate and particpate too. We've had students as young as 11 enjoying our classes, so invite them along and see if they like it. No specific ticket is needed for them, they can just join in with you.
Do I need a separate booking if I'm practising with my housemate/spouse?
We're more than happy for you to join with a housemate, spouse or fur baby but if you're joining us as a group (more than 3 people) we ask that you contact us and purchase a group pass.
Do I need to have my mic and camera on?
No. All mics will be muted by the teacher during the practice to avoid disctraction, so feel free to laugh, chat, cry or play music during your practice. Before and after the class please feel free to turn on your mic to chat to the teacher and fellow students.
How early can I come to the class?
The Zoom room will be open 15 minutes before the start of every class. Please feel free to join us early to say hi, let us know how you're feeling today and about any issues, questions or requests!
What style of yoga are the classes?
Our classes are gentle and rejuvenating. They can be described as Hatha classes, but that means so many different things to so many different people. So join us without expectation. Through classical yoga asana, the classes will help you to build strength and balance in body and mind, while offering you the opportunity to release and let go of that which no longer serves you. You will cultivate stillness and ease by connecting to the body through the breath. All classes are open to all abilities and levels. We advise you to listen to your body and adopt the appropriate variations that feel right to you.
How do I join the class?
Once you've signed up to The Frog Project you'll be able to register for the classes you wish to attend. Once registered you'll receive a unique joining link by email. This will open up Zoom without needing to enter any IDs or passwords. If you lose your email or can't find it, no worries. You can also get into any class you're booked into via the schedule or the TeamUp Members app available on iOS or Android.
What platform are the classes hosted on?
All of our classes are live streamed on Zoom in secure and encrypted meetings. Each participant receives a unique link to enter (which shouldn't be shared) and will enter a waiting room upon arrival. Meeting links are not shared anywhere and so only our students can join. None of the classes are recorded.
Which countries can I join from?
Through the power of the internet you can join from any country. All of our payments are currently processed by Stripe who accept card payments from 135+ countries.
My internet connection isn't great, will I be able to join?
We stream all of our classes via Zoom who will alter the quality of the stream dependant on your internet connection. For example, if you have a good connection you will receive a HD quality image and great audio. If your internet isn't brilliant you will get a reduced quality image but it should still be good enough to participate fully. We recommend an internet connection of at least 1mb/s. You can check the speed of your connection here.
How do I book into a class?
For first time users you need to sign up to The Frog Project and create your account. We offer a 15 day free trial for new sign-ups, so that you can experience as many classes and teachers as you like.
