Decide

I am going to give yoga a go! The decision is the first step, "I've got to this," "I'm going to make myself do this!"


Commit

I am going to do 5 days of yoga! After you've decided, you have to commit to do this for the duration, if it's hard or easy it doesn't matter, you're doing this. Your commitment takes you from this moment and it carries you into the future even when things are difficult.


Resolve

Starting on January 1 2021 I will do 10 minutes of yoga everyday for 5 days! Resolve means it's done. It doesn't even matter if it's started yet, it's done inside you.
