Join us for this 3 week Yin Yoga immersion course to discover this slow paced form of yoga and really let go. Open to everybody, with an optional *10 hour add-on YACEP accreditation for Yoga Teachers.

This calming practice is like setting the reset button for our body and mind. What may seem like a simple practice on the surface is a profound tool for healing and growth.

Stress, worry, trauma and unprocessed emotions are stored in the muscles and nervous system as tension. By focusing on long slow stretches, Yin works to find release for the nervous system.
Accessible for all
Mostly a floor-based practice, Yin is a great way to enjoy yoga even with physical or health limitations. It can help people who are very stiff increase movement and flexibility in the body.

meet your teacher
Liezl Hoving is from sunny Namibia and has been studying and teaching Yin Yoga for over a decade. She has gone through phases of deep fascination with fascia, emotional intelligence, Traditional Chinese Medicine and resiliency work, each bringing it's own unique perspective to how she teaches and practices. Practicing Yin has helped her navigate through some challenging stages of her life and has given her comfort and peace during these times. As a teacher, she loves helping students find variations that fit their unique bodies and creating a space where yoga opens the door to understanding oneself better on all levels.
