We're delighted to be offering this Yoga Nidra workshop for a little pre-Christmas calm. For many of us, it's a bit of a mad rush in the lead up to the big day, so why not treat yourself to a little 'you time.'
Yoga Nidra is one of the most powerful practices in yoga. The full practice includes some gentle movement, progressive relaxation of the body and mind using the breath, followed by a magical and restorative guided visualisation.
For all ticket holders, you will get access to the workshop for the entire festive season, to dip back into whenever you need a little time out. Just £10 per ticket.
Yoga Nidra means 'Yogic Sleep.’ The practice guides you to a unique and special place between being asleep and awake, and it's in this place where we can experience wonderous calm and healing.

The full practice includes some gentle movement, followed by progressive relaxation of the body, grounding breathwork, and a magical guided visualisation centred on finding calm and balance.

Just 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of good quality sleep, so not only does it do wonders for your physical body, it gives the deeper levels of your body and mind, right down to the individual cells, a chance to relax and let go.

Lisa Morris’s love is for all things yoga and nature. With a self practice spanning 20+ years, when she’s not on the mat, she’s out in nature with her animals. Finding the body mind balance is central to Lisa’s practice. As a teacher, she encourages you to intuitively practice yoga; responding to your body and mind without expectation or judgement. Yoga Nidra holds a special place in Lisa's heart and she cannot wait to guide you on this magical journey.
