If you're experiencing symptoms of burnout, suffering with chronic fatigue, feeling the effects of long-covid or if you just need some guilt-free chill time to yourself then join us for 90 mins of total bliss, rest and relaxation.
During this special session dedicated to taking care of you, be led through some soothing breathing exercises, gentle guided meditations and a variety of nourishing stretches (with plenty of options for everyone). All of this will culminate with a luxurious, extended relaxation.
If you're feeling energised you will have the option to take some of the breathing techniques or stretches a little further, and if you're low-energy you'll always be encouraged to rest and recoup when needed.

Close to her heart, Orly herself was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome a few years ago, and yoga has helped so much as part of her recovery. She can't wait to share some of the tools and techniques she's learned, and hopes that some of them will serve you too. Orly has been practicing yoga for 15 years and is a key member of The Frog Project team.
